＊Free admission for Taiwanese preschoolers under 115cm or under (and including) 6 years old, one parent must accompany the ticket holder.

＊You must present the printed use certificate when participating in the event, or you can present an electronic use certificate on your cell phone.
＊If your plans change and you want to visit before or after the date you booked, you will need to request the change at the Taipei 101 ticket counter directly or you may call +886 2-8101-8899.

Please present your ID and verification code at the 5F Observation Deck ticket counter in Taipei 101 during the appointment time and the service staff will make your confirmation.

※Cancellation policy: Seven days before the event date, visitors can apply for a full refund (e.g.,if March 23 is the event date, then you must apply for a refund before March 16). Refunds will not be accepted less than seven days before the event date; once the ticket has been used by the visitor, no refunds will be accepted.
