This package includes:
One Taipei 101 Observatory admission ticket (does not include the 101st floor).
One Taipei Zoo admission ticket.
Validity & Usage Rules:
The combo ticket is valid for 30 days from the date of first activation.
Each ticket may be used once only.
Example: If the first ticket is activated on October 1, 2025, all tickets in this package must be used by October 30, 2025.
Taipei Zoo — The Largest Zoo in Taiwan
The Taipei Zoo is one of the top 10 metropolitan zoos in the world and the largest zoo in Southeast Asia, located in Muzha, Taipei. Easily accessible via the MRT Wenhu (Brown) Line to Taipei Zoo Station, the zoo is home to over 400 animal species, making it an ideal destination for both education and recreation.

How to Enter
There are two entrances to the Taipei Zoo:
Main Entrance:
Proceed to Gates 7, 8, or 9 (depending on which is open on the day) and scan your QR code e-ticket at the automatic ticket gate to enter.
Taipei Zoo South Station Entrance:
Scan your QR code e-ticket at the automatic ticket gate at the South Station entrance to enter.
Note: The South Station only offers shuttle train service to the Bird World Station (no walking route available). If you don’t have a train ticket, you can purchase one on-site for NT$5 per person in cash.
Important Notes
No-shows or Cancellations: Once the voucher has been redeemed, cancellations or absences are non-refundable.
Order Modifications: The system does not allow changes to your order. To change your reservation date or ticket quantity, you must cancel the entire order and rebook.
Once any ticket has been redeemed, cancellation, exchange, or refund will not be accepted.
Each ticket can be redeemed once only. After redemption, no refund or cancellation will be possible.
This product cannot be accumulated or offset with shopping credits.
The combo ticket is valid for 30 days from the date of first activation (including the first day of use).
Example: If the first ticket is activated on October 1, 2025, all remaining tickets must be used by October 30, 2025.
Tickets are only valid within the stated period. Expired tickets are automatically void. Unused or expired tickets will be deemed as redeemed and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or compensated in any form.

After completing your order, a "Order Success Notification" will be sent to the email address you provided during the order process. It includes QR codes for redeeming entry to the 2 attractions you are visiting. According to your reserved time slot, there is no need to exchange for tickets. For the observatory, please directly go to the 1F observatory entrance of the office building and present the QR CODE to redeem entry; for the Taipei Zoo, please go to the designated entrance and present the QR CODE to redeem entry.
