Validity & Usage Rules:
The combo ticket is valid for 30 days from the date of first activation.
Each ticket may be used once only.
Example: If the first ticket is activated on October 1, 2025, all tickets in this package must be used by October 30, 2025.

Once the pass is activated at the MRT gate, it will be valid for 48 consecutive hours with unlimited rides within the Taipei Metro and New Taipei Metro systems.
One pass is valid for one person only.
The pass does not include Taoyuan Airport MRT.

Location: After customs, the counter is on the right-hand side.
At MRT Stations:

How to Use the Pass:
After collecting your physical card, you may choose your activation date.
The pass will be activated automatically upon first entry at an MRT gate.
It allows unlimited rides within 48 consecutive hours after activation.
Simply tap the card at the gate’s sensor area. When the green arrow appears and a beep sounds, the gate will open.
The pass is valid for all Taipei Metro and New Taipei Metro lines, but not valid for Taoyuan Airport MRT.

Taipei 101 Observatory: Present the QR code directly at the 5F Observatory entrance for admission.
Taipei Metro 48-Hour Pass: Present the QR code at the designated MRT station service counter to redeem your physical ticket card.
Taipei 101 Observatory Operating Hours: 10:00 - 21:00
Last admission time: 20:15. Special holidays or consecutive holidays may have different operating hours announced separately.
• Please complete your reservation by the day before your planned visit; same-day reservations are not available onsite.
• This product includes one full-price ticket to the observatory (excluding 101F).
• This product includes one 48-hour Taipei Metro Pass.
• With the 48-hour Taipei Metro Pass, passengers can choose their activation date freely after redeeming their pass at designated locations using the QR code within the validity period of the e-ticket. Once activated by the automatic sensor at the metro station gate, the pass allows unlimited rides for consecutive 48 hours, with each journey limited to one person.
• To enter the station, lightly touch the physical pass to the sensor area. The gate will open when it emits a sound and the screen displays a green arrow. To exit, simply approach the gate and it will open after sensing the pass.
• The pass is valid for Taipei Metro and New Taipei Metro but does not include the Taoyuan Airport Metro.
• Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time to pick up your tickets, to avoid forfeiting your admission rights.
• The system does not offer an order modification feature. If you wish to change the reservation date or quantity, you must cancel the entire order and rebook. Refer to the shopping instructions for details on order modifications.
• Once a product has been redeemed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
• Redemption is allowed only once; after redemption, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
• This product cannot accumulate or offset shopping credits.
• This product has a 30-day validity limit; all included tickets must be used within 30 days from the activation of the first ticket (including the day of first use). For example, if the first product is activated on October 1, 2025, it must be used by October 30, 2025.
• This ticket must be used within the validity period. Tickets not used within the validity period will automatically expire and be considered used and redeemed, with no refunds, exchanges, or compensation available.
• By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
