The combo ticket is valid for 30 days from the date of first activation.
Each ticket may be used once only.

Once the pass is activated at the MRT gate, it will be valid for 48 consecutive hours with unlimited rides within the Taipei Metro and New Taipei Metro systems.
One pass is valid for one person only.
The pass does not include Taoyuan Airport MRT.

Location: After customs, proceed straight to the left end of the hall.
Terminal 2 Arrival Hall (Counter No. 1 – You You Ke Service Counter)
Opening Hours: 04:30 – 23:00
Location: After customs, the counter is on the right-hand side.
At MRT Stations:
Taipei Main Station (BL12/R10)
Ximen Station (BL11/G12)
Songshan Airport Station (BR13)
Opening Hours: 06:00 – 23:59
How to Use the Pass:
After collecting your physical card, you may choose your activation date.
The pass will be activated automatically upon first entry at an MRT gate.
It allows unlimited rides within 48 consecutive hours after activation.
Simply tap the card at the gate’s sensor area. When the green arrow appears and a beep sounds, the gate will open.
The pass is valid for all Taipei Metro and New Taipei Metro lines, but not valid for Taoyuan Airport MRT.

After completing your booking, a “Booking Confirmation Email” will be sent to the email address you provided. The email will include QR codes for both attractions.
Please visit at your reserved time.
Taipei 101 Observatory: Present the QR code directly at the 5F Observatory entrance for admission.
Taipei Metro 48-Hour Pass: Present the QR code at the designated MRT station service counter to redeem your physical ticket card.
Please complete your booking at least one day before your visit. Same-day on-site booking is not available.

The Taipei Metro 48-Hour Pass can be redeemed with a QR code at designated service counters during the e-voucher validity period. After redemption, you may choose your activation date. Once activated at an MRT gate, the pass is valid for 48 consecutive hours of unlimited rides.
The pass allows unlimited rides within the validity period, but is valid for one person only.
How to use: Tap the physical card on the gate sensor. When the green arrow appears and the beep sounds, the gate will open for entry. Repeat the same process when exiting.
Valid for use on Taipei Metro and New Taipei Metro systems. Not valid on Taoyuan Airport MRT.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your reserved time to ensure smooth entry. Late arrival may affect your admission rights.
The system does not allow order modification. To change your reservation date or ticket quantity, you must cancel the entire order and rebook. Please refer to the “Order Modification Instructions” in the shopping guidelines.
Once any ticket has been redeemed, cancellation, exchange, or refund will not be accepted.
Each ticket can be redeemed once only. After redemption, no refund or cancellation will be possible.
This product cannot be accumulated or offset with shopping credits.
The combo ticket is valid for 30 days from the date of first activation (including the first day of use).
Example: If the first ticket is activated on October 1, 2025, all remaining tickets must be used by October 30, 2025.
Tickets are only valid within the stated period. Expired tickets are automatically void. Unused or expired tickets will be deemed as redeemed and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or compensated in any form.
