★Due to the High-altitude New Year's Eve Fireworks Party on the evening of December 31, 2024, Taipei 101 Observatory will close at 19:00 (last ticket sale/collection time is 18:15).
★Due to fireworks setup, the 91st-floor observatory will be closed from December 25, 2024, to January 1, 2025.
★On Lunar New Year's Eve, January 28, 2025, business hours will be from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (last ticket sold at 5:15 PM).

＊After your order is completed, a "successful order notification" will be sent to the email address you provided when you made your order, containing the verification QR code. Please present your ID and verification code at the 5F Observation Deck ticket counter in Taipei 101 during the appointment time and the service staff will make your confirmation.
＊Please cooperate with the security check of your belongings when entering the venue, and do not bring in any outside food, pets, prohibited items or dangerous items.
＊Free admission for Taiwanese preschoolers under 115cm , one parent must accompany the ticket holder.

＊Please arrive at the observatory entrance within 30 minutes of the time you selected.
＊Please set the screen to the brightest when scanning the QR code
＊Please redeem the voucher and collect a physical ticket at the ticket counter if you arrive late for more than 30 minutes
＊If you would like to visit earlier than the chosen time, you need to go to the online reservation counter on the 5th floor to inquire. The staff will assist you with rescheduling based on the availability
