★Due to the 2024 Lunar Year's Eve on Feb 9, 2024, the final ticket sale is at 17:15 and observatory would be close at 18:00. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you.

＊How to exchange: Please report to the ticket counter on the 5th floor 30 minutes before the experience time with your voucher and wait for the staff to guide you upstairs.
★Cancellation Policy: Starting in 2024, consumers may request a full refund on the original ticket page before closing time on the scheduled visit date. Once the ticket is used or validated by the consumer, refund requests will not be accepted.
＊If the event is closed due to inclement weather, visitors can apply for a full refund.

＊On the day of the experience, visitors must sign the event agreement and agree to abide by the safety regulations related to the Skyline460 event at the Taipei 101 Observation Deck.
＊In order to maintain safety, eyeglass lanyards and cell phone covers will be provided on site, and all camera equipment must use fall-proof lanyards.
＊It is prohibited to bring tripods and selfie sticks to the observation de-Please wear trousers and flat shoes on the day to facilitate wearing safety equipment.
＊In case of cancellation due to inclement weather, we will notify you at least 1 hour before the experience.
＊The experience will end on the 89th floor, so you can decide whether to continue on this floor or to exit.

＊However, since Skyline 460 is an aerial experience activity, due to the limitation of the venue, suitability for disabled persons to participate should be properly evaluated and handled in accordance with our on-site announcement in order to avoid any health concerns for disabled persons.
＊The following medical conditions are not recommended for participation in the experience: those with hypertension, heart disease, agoraphobia, asthma, epilepsy, and pregnancy.＊If you wish to change the date or quantity of your reservation, please cancel the entire order and place a new one.
